Benjamin Lee

Benjamin is currently a junior at University Preparatory Value High School. He was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles and got to see environmental problems and racism up close all throughout the city from Koreatown where he was raised as a Korean American all the way to neighborhoods such as Silver Lake and Westmoreland. This inspired him to take action and raise awareness about these issues. Benjamin is deeply passionate about environmental preservation and justice, and enjoys sharing these values with his community in his role as the president of the environmental awareness club at school.

Benjamin has actively participated in various community activities and volunteered in many events to spread information about our Earth and to preserve and care for our planet. He also works as an office assistant and translator at his family's acupuncture clinic, ensuring that all patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. During his downtime, Benjamin enjoys reading books, playing games, fencing, and cooking with his family.
